2015 Rehearsal / Practice Dates
All practices and rehearsals are strongly encouraged and must be attended by all contestants unless excused
by the Director. All practices are held in the Classrooms at Decatur Memorial Hospital. Front entrance of
hospital is Barnes Lobby. Take a right at the visitor check-in and head toward the elevators. Go around to
the right of the elevators and through a door. Classrooms are straight ahead and to the right.
Director will view all outfits prior to pageant – bring clothes for approval
at any of the practices listed below and bring shoes to practice walking and modeling
You can bring paperwork to any practice but the FINAL deadline is Monday, July 20th
PHOTOS – We will take a head/shoulder pose for use in the pageant program. The picture will be in
color. You need to have your hair and make-up camera ready. This program will be viewed by the judges
and all the guests at the pageant! It is YOUR responsibility to attend practice with your hair and make-up
“camera ready” and have Melissa take your photo. I have a deadline with the printer so it may not be
possible to have your photo submitted if you are too late. I do not accept submitted photos. It is your
responsibility to make arrangements with Melissa to have your picture taken if you cannot attend a practice
by July 20th.
