THE CONTESTANT WITH THE HIGHEST TOTAL POINTS IN BEAUTY WILL BE CROWNED MISS WAYNE COUNTY FAIR QUEEN. SHE WILL BE AWARDED
A CROWN, TROPHY, BANNER , FLOWERS, CROWN PIN AND AN ALL EXPENSES PAID TRIP TO REPRESENT THE WAYNE COUNTY FAIR IN THE WV
ASSOCIATION OF FAIRS AND FESTIVALS PAGEANT. THE PAGEANT WILL BE HELD IN CHARLESTON, WV IN JANUARY 2016. SHE WILL ALSO RECEIVE
2 GUEST TICKETS FOR THE WV ASSOCIATION OF FAIRS AND FESTIVALS PAGEANT. THERE WILL BE A 1 ST AND A 2 ND RUNNER-UP CHOSEN.
WINNERS WILL RECEIVE A TROPHY. ALL CONTESTANTS WHO DO NOT PLACE IN BEAUTY DIVISION WILL RECEIVE A PARTICIPATION TROPHY.
THERE WILL BE ONE GIRL CHOSEN FOR MOST BEAUTIFUL. THIS WILL BE JUDGED ON FACIAL BEAUTY ONLY. WINNER WILL RECEIVE A TROPHY.

I attest that I am a resident of West Virginia; that I was born a female, have never been married, have never had a marriage annulled, have never born children and I am not pregnant. I agree to remain single during my reign, agree not to become pregnant and understand that, if either of these occurs, this contract will become null and void. I attest that I have reached my 16 th birthday by August 4 th , 2015, and I will not have reached my 22 nd birthday by January 1, 2016; that I am of good moral character; that I have never been convicted of any major crime; that I have not heretofore made any legal obligations that would prevent or limit my participation in this pageant or representing Wayne County Fair in the West Virginia Association of
Fairs and Festivals Pageant.
2.
I agree to participate in the series of events to the selection of the Wayne County Fair Queen and abide by and be bound by the rules and regulations governing the pageant. Participation in the pageant shall be understood to include all public appearances, interviews, and/or photography.
3.
I agree that the manner and method of judging and conducting the Pageant shall be the sole discretion of the Pageant
Committee, and I further agree that the decision of all judges shall be final and binding. I agree not to hold Directors, Wayne
County Fair or place Pageant is to be held responsible for any loss or damages that may be incurred before, during or after the Pageant.
4.
I understand that any violations of a rule or regulation as set forth in this contract or related documents by the pageant may lead to my disqualification from the pageant and/or termination of my title. I understand that such disqualification or termination of my title is at the sole discretion of the pageant committee.
5.
If I am selected as the 2015 Wayne County Fair Queen:

If I am crowned Wayne County Fair Queen, I shall hold ONLY the title of Wayne County Fair Queen until my successor is selected. If I hold another title when I am crowned Wayne County Fair Queen, I shall surrender and/or relinquish that other title and shall serve ONLY as the Wayne County Fair Queen until my successor is selected.

I understand that I cannot compete in any other pageant during my reign as Wayne County Fair Queen, with the exception of the Miss West Virginia Association of Fairs & Festivals Pageant which is my duty as Queen and funded by the Wayne County Fair Board.

I will serve until my successor is selected or appointed.

I agree not to endorse, as the Wayne County Fair Queen, any products, companies, or organization without written permission of the Pageant Committee.
6.
If any of the representatives and warranties made by me prove false, or if I fail to abide by all terms hereof, or if during the period I hold the title of Wayne County Fair Queen I conduct myself in a manner which in the opinion of the pageant committee does not uphold the dignity and honor of the title and the pageant, then at the option of the Pageant Committee and its
Directors, I herewith agree to forfeit my right to the title and awards thereto, and the Runner-Up shall be declared my successor.
7.
I understand the $100.00 entry fee is non-refundable.
8.
In the event I marry and/or become pregnant subsequent to the signing of this contract and prior to the pageant or the conclusion of my reign, I shall forfeit my right to participate in the pageant and/or forfeit my title and awards as the first
Runner-Up shall be declared my successor.
9.
The Queen is expected to attend and participate in various activities (as much as possible) during the event of the Fair.
10.
If I am selected as the Fair Queen, I shall not permit the publication of any negative, immoral, inappropriate, and/or provocative pictures, comments, or other material on any form of medias is under my direct control, including but not limited to social media such as a Facebook page, Twitter account, Instagram, etc.
