Crime report
• At 1:00 am on November 2, 2014, a thief
breaks a window in the back of a restaurant
and robs the safe.
• Blood was recovered from the broken glass.
• In a search of the neighborhood, 3 suspects
were found that had recent cuts or injuries.
Each suspect was tested for blood type.
• You need to test the blood recovered from the
scene and identify the thief.
Step 1: Obtain a test plate. Place a
drop of blood in well A and B.
Step 2: Add a drop of Anti-A serum to
well A and stir with toothpick.
Step 3: Add a drop of Anti-B serum to
well B and stir with toothpick.
Step 4: Observe the sample to
determine blood type.
