CELL THEORY You will get in groups of up to three people and choose one of the following ways to present cell theory to the class. Option 1: Create a cell theory rap/song Option 2: Depict cell theory in an artwork Option 3: Perform cell theory Option 4: Tell a cell theory story If you choose options 1, 3, or 4, your presentation can be no longer than 2 minutes. If you choose option 2 be prepared to discuss it. Your project must include: -the three components of cell theory -it must be accurate -two of the four famous scientists and their contributions to cell theory -all content must be related to cell theory *** Famous scientists are Theodore Schwann, Matthias Schleiden, Rudolf Virchow and Robert Hooke *** Please follow the rubric below to understand how points will be awarded. Your own work and have clearly put thought and effort into the project. You do your part for your group, focus, respectful to others while they present, you use your class time wisely. Things to think about: Artwork: no pencil drawings on white paper, no crayon drawings, nothing that can be completed in less than two class periods. It must follow the elements of art and include art techniques. Cell Theory Rap/Song: You will not be allowed to search for music during class. Keep it school appropriate. Perform Cell Theory: Keep it school appropriate.
