Leadership is influencing people – by providing purpose, direction and
motivation – while operating to accomplish the mission and improving
the organization.
Leadership is the process of followers and the leader engaging in
reciprocal influence to achieve a shared purpose.
Leadership is all about getting people to work together to make things
