The Citadel seeks applicants for a tenure-track Assistant professor to teach graduate level literacy courses and advise students in The Citadel’s M.Ed. program in Literacy Education. The Citadel’s Master of Education in Literacy Education is a nationally recognized program leading to South Carolina certification as a Reading
Teacher and/or a Reading Consultant. Requirements include an earned doctorate from an accredited institution with a specialization in reading and/or related field and a minimum of three years teaching experience. Strong collaborative skills and the ability to conduct publishable research are expected.
