By accepting the AC Transit EasyPass for Peralta Colleges, you agree to the following:
 The EasyPass is valid only for the person identified on the card. The pass is not
transferable, and will be revoked if used by someone else.
 A fine of up to $228 or community service can be imposed for misuse of this pass with
intent to evade the payment of fares (California Penal Code 640).
 Your EasyPass is provided on a Clipper® regional fare card. The EasyPass must be validated
for each trip by tagging the Clipper card reader upon boarding the bus.
 Only full-time students are eligible for the Peralta Colleges EasyPass. You must maintain a
minimum of nine (9) semester units to obtain and use a valid EasyPass. Failure to do so will
result in the pass being deactivated.
 Payment of student EasyPass fee; account must be current from any past due EasyPass
fees.
 The Clipper card must be presented to AC Transit personnel for inspection if requested.
 In order for us to contact you very occasionally about your Peralta Colleges EasyPass and to
provide line specific updates to service on your chosen bus lines, you are subscribed
automatically to AC Transit e-News. To start, you will receive two emails about choosing
your bus line info. Only select the lines you ride to minimize the occasional notices, or you
can opt out of e-News at www.actransit.org/customer/subscribe-to-e-news. Your e-mail
address will not be sold to outside parties, and AC Transit will not use your information for
any other purpose.
