We are seeking an experienced, skilled analyst, capable of delivering insightful research and analysis in relation to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. As a member of our growing team, you would be responsible for: Delivery of high quality and insightful research. Design and creation of research reports and presentations, adding insight to primary research and synthesizing complex ideas. Develop and test hypotheses to provide unique insight and evaluate the data needs to support those hypotheses. Marketing of high-level industry expertise. Using your industry expertise and experience to own and expand an area of research. Market that expertise at a senior level within our clients and prospects. Maintain and provide timely response to market issues and offer up-to-date opinions founded on broad-based research and experience. Project management and execution. Creating actionable work plans, monitoring progress and overcoming challenges to deliver projects to the agreed timelines. Demonstrating the ability to identify and structure project-related issues, analyze these and develop recommendations. Ensuring effective client management. Build and manage ongoing relationships with internal and external clients. Represent Datamonitor and demonstrate your expertise in specialist areas within the Healthcare industry. Support the sales, marketing and PR teams and participate in client-facing meetings with members of the sales team to add credibility to our relationships. What we require: Tertiary educated, minimum of 2 years experience in an analysis, competitive intelligence or consulting role; Healthcare background with strong analytical skills and a good understanding of different research methodologies; Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English); particularly the ability to transform complex ideas into structured analysis; Strong writing skills and the ability to summarize and communicate project findings verbally, numerically and graphically through presentations; The ability to identify critical success factors within a market, forecast the direction of the market and provide new and unique insights; Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines;
