FINANCE TEAM MEMBER

We are currently seeking to recruit an individual to join our Finance team as a Team Member. As
part of the team you will provide financial administrative support to the business ensuring all
financial reporting is accurate and completed by appropriate deadlines.
No previous accounting experience is required for the role and this will be an ideal opportunity
for someone seeking to begin a career in Finance, offering the potential for the successful
candidate to achieve the AAT qualification (Associate Accounting Technician) within three
years.
An enthusiastic person will receive comprehensive on-the-job training in addition to the
opportunity to study for the AAT qualification.
Key activities will include:
 Monthly credit card reconciliations
 Manual invoicing, credit notes and balance sheet reconciliations
 Debtor analysis and other ad hoc reporting
 Stock valuation and attendance at stock takes
The successful candidate will educated to “A” level standard or equivalent and hold a minimum
of five GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths. They will be able to demonstrate a
good standard of Computer literacy including excel and Microsoft office. They will be self
motivated, flexible and able to show a sound social approach to the Company and other
employees. They will be able to work as part of a team with the capability to learn several jobs,
as well as being able to communicate well with other employees.
