The Company




The company was established in June 1991 and
currently employs in excess of twenty highly motivated
and qualified staff.
We provide consultancy engineering services in the fields
of Civil, Structural and Building projects.
We are experienced in various projects such as
industrial, commercial, institutional, residential and
public works.
Our clients have included Public Corporations, Industries,
Private Companies, Government Agencies and

housing units in an Air Force Base of 10 hectares of
undulating land at TUDM, Subang, Selangor.
Site design and infrastructural works for a mixed
development of 12 hectares consisting of terraced units,
bungalows, shops, commercial offices, apartments and
resorts with man-made lagoon and marina facilities at
Port Dickson, Malacca.
Site design and infrastructural works for a development
project of 5 hectares consisting of 3,000 residential units
apartment of 6-blocks of 18 storey buildings for Jabatan
Perumahan Negara.

Building Design, Structural and Civil works for a 30,000
m2 floor area of a double storey warehouse cum

Civil design and supervision of Drainage upgrading works
to various flood prone zones within Dewan Bandaraya
Kuala Lumpur consisting of L-shaped concrete lining,
diversions and culverts for Kuala Lumpur City Hall.

Design and commissioning for Wastewater Treatment
Plant of capacity 15,000 pop.eq. using the extended

HOUSING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
Development of Royal Malaysian Air Force Camp at Subang
consisting of 2,000 units of housing with facilities including
bungalows, Semi-Detached houses, Terraced houses, 10-storey
apartment units, Mosque, indoor sports complex, mini stadium
with track and field facilities, Sewage reticulation, Sewage
Treatment plant, water supply, infrastructural roads and
drainage.
HIGH RISE DEVELOPMENT
Development of 9,800 units housing for Kuala Lumpur City
Council consisting of 6 blocks of 14-storey apartments, Public
Parks, Sewage reticulation system, Sewage Treatment Plant,
Water Supply system and infrastructural roads and drainage.
Land reclamation of a disused tin mining pool involving
