$29,000,000. These projects were new construction as well as modifications, decontamination and upgrades to operating

FLUOR FEDERAL SERVICES (1999- 2011)
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Richland, Washington
Provided construction management support for fixed price contractors performing work across the entire site. This
consisted of the construction of an administration and training facility for the State Department, an administration and
training facility for the Hanford patrol as well as a new shooting range and automated target system. I also was
responsible for the ARRA funded site infrastructure, set up and required utility connections for approximately 175
office/facility trailers that ranged in size from a single wide up to 5 wide.
Construction manager/supervisor for a 1700 lf. pipe bursting project in the 300 area.
Provided construction management on modifications to a 100,000 sq. ft. commercial facility for Fluor to facilitate tenant
requirements and eventually the final sale. Modifications included installation of concrete floor, roll-up doors, fire
sprinkler system and office complex with lunch room and restroom facilities.
Provided construction management support the HAMMER Training Facility, EMSL, and the 300 Area. Resolve design
problems, daily onsite issues and evaluated change orders submitted by the contractor. Supervised work performed by
Fluor craft personnel at 300, 400, EMSL and the HAMMER Training Facility. Work performed covered all disciplines of
construction. Responsibilities include liaison between customer, contractor and appropriate departments to ensure
compliance with all applicable facility SOPs, work package requirements, codes and standards. Monitor work sites for
compliance to safety, health and environmental regulations. Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, schedules and man
power loading.
FLUOR DANIEL NORTHWEST, INC. (1996 -1999)
CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
HAMMER Training Facility, Hanford Site
Construction engineer for the Hammer Training Facility. Liaison between contractor and project manager representing the
client. Resolved design problems and evaluated change orders submitted by the contractor. I monitored daily construction
activities including safety and quality. Supervised Fluor construction crafts in assembling new facility furnishings and the
relocation and remodeling of mobile offices.

SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT
200 West Area, Hanford Site, Richland, Washington
Lead position over five area superintendents and up to 125 crafts people. Coordinated equipment, manpower, jurisdictional
assignments, construction activities, cost and schedule at numerous operating facilities including T, U, S-plants, tank farms
and PFP at the 200 West Area.
