Qualifications
I have over 30 years of experience on the Hanford site providing construction
management support of self-performed construction activities, field administration of
fixed price contracts, and direct supervision of construction building trades personnel.
Construction activities ranged from small time and material work orders to multi-million
dollar projects. Responsibilities included material/equipment management, managing
and providing status of construction estimates and schedules, overview of quality and
document control activities.
Performance of these construction activities have provided me with a thorough
knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, engineering standards,
construction labor agreements, environmental regulations, and safety compliance
requirements.
My construction background includes extensive involvement with radiological and
chemical hazards as well as typical construction sites hazards. Construction
experience includes both “green field” projects and work performed in operating
facilities.

 Provided day-to-day direct management of project field staff, construction building
trades, and oversight of subcontractors during the installation of underground fire and
potable water distribution piping; HEPA filtered HVAC equipment and ducting; and
