Supervisor – Indonesia Booking
General Functions & Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the Manager.
Supervises NYK bookings with an average of 300-400 Bills of Lading (B/L) daily that is covering all the major Indonesian loading Sea Ports.
Handles all inquiries, concerns and problems relating to Indonesia booking and coordinates with Customer Service Representatives in all Indonesia offices.
Ensures that all reported problems are provided with acceptable and satisfying solution or elevated to proper channels depending on the severity.
Prepares & analyzes monthly Indonesia Booking Trade report for the Management.
Plans & prepares working schedule of 5 staffs.
Prepares & submits monthly productivity report to on-shore (Indonesia) office.
Monitors quality booking update and creations.
Ensures quality update, accuracy and timeliness of booking creations/revisions.
Organizes weekly trade discussions/meetings and in-charge of agenda preparation.
Maintains organized and orderly working e-files for the team.
Thinks and presents processes improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
