Overview
Neijiang, located in the southeast of Sichuan Province and between Chengdu and Chongqing, the central cities
in western China, is the third densely populated area in China and the largest economic zone in mid-west, covering
an area of 5,386km2 and with a total population of 4.3 million. The urban area exceeds 60km2 with a population of
more than 600,000.
Neijiang is one of the 8 big cities planned and constructed in Sichuan, the important intersection of land

Southwest Circular Economy Industrial Park is one of the first batch of national "Urban Mining" demonstration bases, national
circular economy advanced units, provincial economic development zone cultivated by Sichuan Province during “12th Five-Year Plan”,
Sichuan new industrialization demonstration base, demonstration zone of “Urban-rural Coordination Combining with the Interaction
between Industrialization and Urbanization” in Sichuan Province and the model zone of “Urban and Industrial Integrity and Twooriented Society”.
The total planning area of the Park is 22.58km2, and 4.8km2 has been completed. The Park takes the comprehensive utilization of
renewable resources as the core, vigorously develops circular economic industry, and makes it become the largest renewable resources
recycling, processing and comprehensive utilization base in southwest China. The Park focuses on building a renewable resource
gathering and recycling system, renewable resources sorting and dismantling industry chain, plastic products industry chain, automotive
parts re-manufacturing industry chain and renewable resources end product industry chain. Relying on technological innovation and
achieving cycle development. SK from South Korea, Sichuan Zhongzaisheng Recyclable Resources Co., Ltd., Sichuan Plasking Science
and Technology Co., Ltd and Sichuan Xinming Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. are settled.
The Park has a perfect infrastructure assurance system, and it is provided with energy supply, water supply and drainage systems,
road system, medical services and public service agencies.
Demand for Cooperation
The proposed cooperation projects include equipment procurement for industrial wastewater treatment plant,
with a total investment of CNY 17.5 million. A set of equipment with capacity of 12,500 tons/d will be purchased for
Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant in this Park. The Park is proposed to attract a total investment of CNY 17.5
million, and the sales income is expected to be CNY 15 million. It provides posts for 30 persons, and with an
estimated investment recovery period of 8 years.

Zizhong Economic & Technical Development Zone
Zizhong Economic & Technical Development Zone is a provincial development zone, with a total planning area of about 30.99km 2,
including one core zone and four parks: the core zone takes an area of 24.99km2, consisting of 6.16km2 in Feng’an District, 12.63km2 in
Fenghuangling District and 6.2km2 in Mingxinsi District. Four parks take an area of 5km2, including 2km2 for Tiefo Building Materials

Industrial Park; new materials (building materials) industry is located in Fenghuangling District, Tiefo Building Materials Industrial
Park; machinery and electronics industries are located in Fenghuangling District; the biochemical, medicinal and chemical industries are
located in Mingxinsi District; the energy power industry is located in Shuanghe Coal Industrial Park; the modern service industries are
