Case Study # 1:
A CEO hired Karen to help him identify 4 potential candidates out of over 230 resumes. Through intuitive
guidance Karen was able to narrow the pile down to 8 candidates and then shortly down to 5 candidates
while never meeting any of the employment seekers. When the CEO had made offers to 4 of the 5
candidates, 2 accepted the position and the other 2 counter-offered for $25,000 more a year in base
salary. Karen was able to identify what is would take to get these two candidates on board while saving
this CEO money. The ultimate direction given by Karen saved the CEO $50,000 and he successfully
hired all 4 people with the 5th person being a potential backup in case one of these 4 do not make it.
