Statement of Work
Members (G3): Scott Henderson, Karen Cano, and Di Qian
Purpose: to first find out how the emitter and the photo-detector works; search for the
most inexpensive and efficient parts that are available; and then making and submitting a
proposal about purchase of the components; finally construct, and test it in lab.
