Fostering a positive upbeat atmosphere for the staff to emulate and for the customers to enjoy. •Prep Cooks - Responsible for preparing daily food orders conforming to all FDA rules and regulations and to customer specifications in a timely manner, keeping stock of inventory and equipment maintenance needs and effectively reporting those needs to the Supervisor/Manager. •Servers(Order Takers) - Responsible for positive interactions with customers, proper order taking, timely service and meeting customer needs proactively and with energy and enthusiasm. •Dishwashers - Responsible for keeping the kitchen and dishes clean and sanitized in a timely manner as to always have available supplies when needed.
