Students will be required to complete readings each week from their assigned college level textbook, and complete other relevant assignments on their own. The course will be focused on preparing students to take the AP Human Geography Exam in May, where if the student earns a high enough score, they could potentially receive college credit. Students should only take the course if they are prepared to do a heavy amount of reading and writing outside of class, and if they understand that taking the AP exam is a course expectation.
