Intermediate – as for base level, but have configured non-standard installations and undertaken more complex troubleshooting
5.
Expert – as for Intermediate but in depth understanding of the working of the product and capable of working under pressure to reinstate a failed product from scratch
For “Train staff to base level” – if you feel you have knowledge and familiarity with a product to enable you to direct staff in a one-on-one situation to install and configure a product to base level standard indicate Y in this column.
