I created Lahav Consulting, LLC to combine my experience and expertise
in both business consulting and economic analysis, and to assist
businesses, institutions and individuals with their economic, financial and
business activities. My tasks included:
 Conducting economic, statistical and predictive analysis, econometric
research, experimental procedures and more.
 Providing business consulting, such as risk management, business
planning nd transfer pricing analysis.
 Assisting with raising research funds, writing grant proposals and
conducting research.

Deloitte Tax LLP: Senior Consultant
The national tax practice in Washington DC is one of the largest in the
nation. My tasks included:
 Engaging multinational firms and consulting on their inter-company
transactions, including understanding business models and financial
statements.
 Conduct economic, risk and functional analysis for our clients. This
task included understanding supply chain models, product flows and
international business structures.
2000-2003
Israeli Aerospace Industries: Economist
IAI is the prime contractor for cutting-edge technology projects like the
Arrow system and the Israeli satellite to many countries and organizations
around the world.
 As a member of the managerial team, which also included the project
manager and the procurement manager, I was responsible for all
financial aspects of projects.
 Wrote price proposals, planned, adjusted and executed projects’
budget, presented plans and results to management, negotiated with
potential customers and suppliers, prepared periodical financial
reports.
 Initiated a project of collecting outstanding debt, recovered over $1
million.
1998-1999
Bio Oz, advanced bio-technology in agriculture: Economist
The objective of Bio Oz is to protect plants and crops from diseases by
bio-immunization procedures.
 Created business plan by learning the market, defining competitors,
alternatives and potential buyers. The business plan contributed to
better positioning of the firm and its products in the market.
 Planned and executed the annual budget, which also included
preparing periodical financial reports.

The Urban Institute is a research institution that gathers data, conducts
research, evaluates programs, offers technical assistance, and educates
Americans on social and economic issues, labor markets and

Volunteer at ‘Paamonim’ organization
Paamonim organization focuses on long-term, comprehensive solutions to
debt and poverty. Families referred to Paamonim receive voluntary
individualized all-encompassing assistance, guidance, and support
in learning how to improve their financial circumstances and maintain
financial stability. As the head of the ‘Shaar Hanegev’ group, my
responsibilities include:
 Coordinating the work of 14 volunteers and headquarters.
 Mentoring and assisting volunteers to meet with all their needs
when working with families.
 Assisting in recruiting more volunteers.
MILITARY SERVICE
1990-1994
Served in the ground forces of the Israeli Defense Force, discharged as a first
