The 23rd meeting of the
collaborative PhD Academic Board and the meeting of experts to set PhD Comprehensive
examinations in core and elective fields was held from 1st to 6th February 2014 at the Kunduchi
Beach Hotel and Resort in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
