Primary Function:
This position is responsible for managing daily operations of Systems Engineering and giving leadership support
throughout the full life cycle of products and systems from conception to development through delivery.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Ensures that hardware and/or software are designed and installed in a manner that meets the needs of
the customer.
2. Designing system and box level wiring, cabling, and printed circuit boards.
3. Preparing trade studies on COTS hardware, software, and systems.
4. Working knowledge and experience with RF principles and theory.
5. Integration and testing of complex hardware/software systems.
6. Preparing system and hardware design documentation.
7. Understands DoD systems engineering processes, requirements gathering and management.
8. Leads and directs other team members on a daily basis and provide technical guidance and
troubleshooting on problems as necessary.
9. Apply and integrate engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement,
test or evaluate new products and systems.
10. Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical
documentation.
11. Applies experience to assist with functions such as system integration, configuration management,
quality assurance, testing, or acquisition and resource management.
12. Analyze design, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates software, components, or systems related to
electrical engineering or functional requirements of military weapon systems and associated support
systems.
13. Ability to work as a member of a team and to ensure the goals of the project are met in a timely
manner.
14. Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language.

Work Conditions:
Employee will be working mostly within an office environment. Employee may travel to work site locations
where employee will be expected to dress in appropriate manner to deal with clients and customers. Some
travel will be necessary to meet the requirements for the position.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors in Science degree in Engineering or similar scientific field. Demonstrated expertise
in a variety in areas of engineering, concepts, practices, and procedures.

Minimum of ten (10) years of recent and relevant professional experience in an engineering
position with three (3) years of which must be directly related to military systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.

US Citizenship.

Current/Ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance.
Preferred Requirements:

Active Secret Clearance.
