1. Worked as a Safety Supervisor / Lead Safety Representative with METALS SERVICES FOR
TRADING & CONTRACTING COMPANY, L.L. under Ma’aden Saudi Arabian Company, from October 30,
2012 until January 10, 2014.
Project : Construction of 420 KM Treated Water Pipelines from Taif to Ma’aden Gold Mining Site, 2-Pump
Stations & Storage Facility, Taif, KSA
Duties & Responsibilities: - To implement health, safety & environmental policies, procedures & guidelines
for the employees & department safety. Interacts with services personnel, clients, subcontractors & regulatory
agencies to research & interpret standards, codes & regulations. To assist the Safety Project Manager and Project
Team with the implementation and administration of Safety, Health & Environment. Participate in safety
inspections & safety audits at all project areas of operation. To attend all site safety meetings as directed by the
safety manager and promote project safety awareness campaign. To monitor the sub-contractors and/or
employees to ensure conformance of safety requirements. To ensure that all safety information, particularly that

heights, confined space entry work permit & procedures, etc. to avoid loss of life & property damage. Impart
