The JW Bowman Memorial Scholarship to the value of £100 will be awarded to the most promising young singer in any of the
classes 15, 16 and 23 to 27. The winner will receive a medallion and a grant for further singing tuition.
The Joe Wallace Memorial Salver will be presented in the closing ceremony to the winner with the highest mark in classes 21
& 26.

INSTRUMENTAL CLASSES
BURSARIES & PRIZES
THE MICHAEL HANCOCK BURSARY will be awarded to any instrumentalist under the age of 18yrs, who, in the opinion of the
Adjudicator, gave the most inspiring performance during the Festival. This Bursary is intended to further the musical training of
the winner.
A Prize presented by the Ronmar School of Music will be awarded to the winner with the highest mark attained in any
instrumental class excepting Orchestra or Band Classes.
