Delves Lane Community Consultation Circle Crew for Change is a company run by young people, for young people, based in Delves Lane. The company aims to improve the lives of young people by developing and delivering services in the local area. Everything we do is for the benefit of the local community, so it's important that local people have a say in how the company develops. This consultation is a way of capturing your views on issues that you feel are important. So if you live in the Delves Lane/Crookhall area, we would like to hear from you. All individual responses will be kept confidential and no one will be able to be identified from the information we produce. Your opinions will help us to identify the needs of local people and help us find out what local people want to see in their community. By capturing your views, we can determine what programmes we need to develop over the coming years and use the information to improve opportunities and services in the Delves Lane community. If you could spare 10 minutes of your time, please complete the questionnaire below. All completed questionnaires can be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 or £25 gift voucher. If you would like entering into the competition, please complete and return the form on the back page.
