We grow, pack and then through our network of franchisees distribute organic veg boxes and extras directly to the doorstep of our customers. The team in the Production Office at Wash coordinate the production of the weekly veg boxes. This role will involve providing admin support e.g. producing purchase orders, reports, invoicing, personal assistance and general admin. You will also provide cover for specific roles when a member of the Production Office team is on holiday. You will be able to demonstrate excellent admin skills, careful attention to detail and also show that you are a team player who thrives in a busy environment with multiple demands. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Managing the daily late amendments service and recording any stock shortages reported by the local veg teams Providing holiday and sickness cover for the current administration team members in the production office Order fulfilment and stock control of the Riverford branded clothing Raising PO’s for the production team and sending them to vendors Data entry for the creation of KPI’s and weekly performance reports. Assisting with Network sales, BOM maintenance and marketing sales orders Ordering stationery and keeping supplies of paper, pens, cartridges etc stocked PA work to the General Manager and directors, arranging travel in the UK and abroad Although we try to keep rules to a minimum we do ask that you ensure that you familiarise yourself with our H&S procedures and ensure that you are aware of your own responsibilities in line with H&S and consider the safety of those around you.
