Nevertheless the preceding, all information provided within this website is “as is” without any warranties
expressed or implied of any merchandise and fitness for a particular use. You agree that FCS shall not be
responsible for any punitive or consequential damages which result from the use of this website, including,
but not limited to, damages resulting from any use or performance of or content errors or omissions in the
information contained in this website.
You agree that the maximum liability to FCS arising from any products sold on this website shall be the
price you paid for the product you ordered. Furthermore, you agree that in no event shall FCS, directors,
employees, agents or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, actual damages relating to the
products sold.
Fasteners Components Solutions assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of any information
contained in manufacturer’s literatures or for any typographical errors on this website. We reserves the right
to cancel without liability any order placed on the FCS website for cause or without cause, without any liability
to FCS.
Price and Currency:
The price displayed on this website are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and accepted only within
the United States, and such prices do not include shipping, handling, and sale tax if applicable, which would be
added to your total invoice price. The prices on this website are subject to change without notice to our
customers due to schedule updates.
The customer is responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges, and state and local
sales taxes may apply to you order. International shipment rates vary based upon total package weight and
final destination. All pricing does not include duties, insurance cost, tariffs or value added taxes. If assessed,
these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient who will be billed for them by the local custom
office.
Fasteners Components Solutions reserves the right to limit quantities. FCS reserves the right at any
time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your receipt of an electronic
confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of you order, nor does it constitute an offer to sell.
Shipping:
Our standard shipping service method is using UPS and FEDEX Ground. If any other carrier is requested
or required, or any special handling is requested or required, the customer is responsible for any and all
incurred charges. Furthermore, the customer is responsible for all charges associated with any address
corrections, zip codes corrections (or omission) or for charges that are incurred as a result of the customer
omitting or providing an improper room, suite, or apartment number in shipping instructions. Such charges
will apply, even on promotional items where FCS offers free shipping and/or flat fee shipping.
Expedited shipping service such as Next day, Second Day, Third Day, etc., is available on orders placed
and confirmed before 1:00 pm EST Monday thru Friday. Additional, shipping charges will apply for any
expedited shipping services including those orders that qualify for flat fee shipping and/or free shipping.
Shipments requested for Next Day Air on Friday’s will be delivered on the following Monday, unless Next Day
Air (Saturday) delivery is requested. Next Day Air (Saturday Delivery) is not available in all locations.
Billing and Shipping address (es), and customer representative signature associated is required for any
order. If the purchasing is by credit card, per example, or any other way, a form is required to full out before
to start the process of the ordered item (s) shipment.
By selecting any option to checkout with the waive required signature, the customer agrees that
Fasteners Components Solutions and its agents are not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced
merchandise once the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address delineated by the customer.
Orders weighing 100 pounds or more must be ship by truck using common carriers. It is the customer
responsibility to employ adequate means to safely unload the merchandise from the truck using any
equipment to remove the merchandise from the truck.
Orders placed with FCS containing multiple products may ship from one or more sources, depending
on the product ability if it is not in stock at primary warehouses.
Some items cannot be shipped international. Our personal will advise you accordingly.
Returning Goods:
No merchandise can be return without the prior written authorization from our representative account
agent. Once all returned merchandise are check out and inspected, a Return Authorization Number (RAM) will
be provided to the requested customer.
All returned item (s) must be new, unused and in the original packaging. Upon Receipt of the returned
merchandise as heretofore set forth, FCS will credit the customer with the purchase price and any taxes paid.
Except where the incorrect merchandise was shipped or defective merchandise shipped, the customer will not
be credited with shipping and handling charges incurred in the initial delivery of the merchandise to the
customer. In the event the merchandise were originally forwarded to the customer with free shipping, the
customer will be charged for the initial shipping and handling costs, and this charge will be deducted from the
credit given to the customer if there is any. Returns must be made within 30 days after Sales Order omitted
date. Please note: Any merchandise returned without a valid Return Authorization Number clearly printed on
the shipping label will be refused by Receiving and credit will not be issued.
The customer is solely responsible for all freight charges and insurance charges in returning said goods.
Sale Tax:
Fasteners Components Solutions is required to collect state and local sales tax, with the exception of a
valid resale or tax exempt certificate. Therefore, our Sale representative will automatically charge applicable
sales tax for orders shipped within the State of California. You are solely responsible for payment of all sales
tax or other taxes on orders shipped outside the State of California.
Special Orders:
Special orders require a 50% deposit (non-refundable) when placing order and balance due before any
shipment.
Terms of Payments:
Purchases can be charged through PayPal or to major credit cards such as Visa or MasterCard.
On orders prepaid by check, shipment will be delayed with a minimum of seven days. After Fasteners
Components Solutions obtain the approval of receipt payment.
All payments are to be in U.S. dollars.
Privacy Statement:
Fasteners Components Solutions (FCS) is committed to ensure to all our customers privacy when
personal information is gathering through online registration and online purchasing. Fasteners Components
Solutions does not share, sell, or rent any information about our online visitors. If for any reason our customer

For all ours customer with “will call orders”, will be contacted when the order is ready for pick-up.

Force Majeure:
Fasteners Components Solutions shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance
resulting in a whole or in part from any force majeure event, including but not limited to Acts of God, Labor
disputes, or disruptions, shortages, inability to procure product, supplies or raw material, severe weather
conditions, or any other circumstances or cause beyond the control of Fasteners Components Solutions in the
conduct of its business.
Complete Agreement
The terms and conditions in Fasteners Components Solutions forms, acknowledgments, quotations,
invoices, websites, and catalog sales terms and conditions are incorporated herein by reference, and
constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between the customer and Fasteners Components Solutions
(FCS).
