notebook at the beginning of the
school year. These will be used to
record daily assignments, class
projects, important dates, school
functions, and especially for
communication with parents.
Homework Policy
 We expect our students to strive
for excellence both in and
out of the classrooms.
 For students to receive credit,
assignments must be completed
by the due dates.

Tax Credit Available
Under Arizona State Law ARS431089.01, Arizona taxpayer can get a
dollar-for-dollar tax credit. You do not
have to have a child in a public school
in order to receive this credit. Parents,
grandparents, relatives, friends, etc. are
included.
Tax Credit Available
Under the provisions of SB 1529 individuals may
donate:
$200 per year if filing as single, or married filing
separate returns
$400 per year for married couples filing a joint return
$200 each for a husband and wife who file separate
returns for a taxable year in which they could have file a
joint return
Tax Credit Available

As you send in your donations for this
year, please remember that it may be
used as a tax credit on your state income
tax. Field trips and athletics are
examples of taxable donations.
A receipt will be provided for tax purposes.

your child’s Academic Lab teacher.
Supply Donations
• We are always grateful for supply
donations. Contributions can be made to
any Academic Lab teacher.
