Course Description:
This course provides the managerial skills of both manufacture and service industries
to the students. It also help students understand how Operations Management work in
the real world.
Course Objectives:
Learn how to use the Operations Management skills to make the cost down and profit
increasing. Moreover, the students should apply all the issues included in Operations
Management to work out a business/ industrial project through this course.
