Core values and principles:
Our global purpose states that in order to succeed there are many things that should happen at
the same time and we require "one of the highest standards of corporate behavior towards
every employee, customers and the communities we touch, and the environment on which we
have an impact." (Unilever, 2013)
Always work with integrity:
Respecting the customer relation and working always to improve the relationship
between clients is the main value and principle of this company.
Continuous Commitment towards work:
We as a group are committed to continuous improvement in our work culture and how
we manage our environment and the people around us. We are working towards the
improvement of our fundamentals and will continue to work in order to attain a
sustainable business model over time.
Purpose and significance of Vision statement:
“A strategic vision delineates management’s aspirations for the business, providing a panoramic
view of “where we are going” and a convincing rationale for why this makes good business
sense for the company” (Concepts and Techniques for Crafting and Executing Strategy).
A strategic vision thus points an organization in a particular direction, charts a strategic path for
it to follow in preparing for the future, and builds commitment to the future course of action. A
clearly articulated strategic vision communicates management’s aspirations to stakeholders and
helps steer the energies of company personnel in a common direction.

VISION:
Our products touches a billion lives every year, and we as the producer feels extremely proud
when we hear our products in far distant off places making the life of some person better than
ever. The vision statement of our company is based on the four pillars theory and has been set
out for a long term direction for the company.

We work to create better future everyday and help people look good, feel good and
get more out of their life which will eventually become more beautiful.

We have several brands that are continuing to make people stay healthy, look good
and we here believe in the strength of brands in transforming lives and so we are
always ready to improve our current brands and services.

The third pillar is inspiring people to make small changes in their lives and the lives
of the others to eventually make it better than before. All those small difference will
add up to something very significant in someone’s life.

We have to keep on expanding and making the company grow to double its strength
and making the environmental impact half of what it is now.
Profit: Maximize long-term return to shareowners while being mindful of our overall
responsibilities.
Productivity: Be a highly effective, lean and fast-moving organization.

COMMUNICATING THE VISION AT LOWER-LEVEL:
As a successful leader, you must try to incorporate everyone with you and set their vision to
yourself.
One must always keep in mind these points:
1. Properly describe and communicate the values and vision of the company to each
stakeholder, whether employee, worker shareholders etc.
2. He has to align the company’s vision and everyone in the same line
3. And then he must try to engage every individual towards achieving and following that
vision (Communicate the Vision)
The logic behind communicating the goals is that the values of the company and the vision of
you as a leader must be understandable by everyone who is going to join. “A company's vision
and mission provide the direction for the business's future”. By detailing the core values of the
company, the vision and mission statements target the central ideas that every employee should
focus on during their employment. When company leaders design new vision and mission
statements, they must clearly communicate them to employees to keep everybody on the same
page, moving forward. Effective communication of the new vision and mission can be handled in
person when possible or by e-mail if necessary.
As a leader, you can always stand in front of groups, large and small, and directly explain, teach
and preach your values and your vision, how they were derived, and why they are important.
The goal is to teach all members of your team about your company, about your values, and
about your vision for the company.
