Harry Potter’s friends
We will introduce Harry Potter’s
friends. They are 12.
Hermione Granger
She is beautiful. She studies
obsessively and she is smart. She is
in Gryffindor’s House at Hogwarts.
Hermione has Muggle’s parents. She
is a very good friend for Harry and
Ron. Hermione is very clever.
Ronald « Ron »
Weasley
He is a Gryffindor’s member. He is a red-haired
boy, and he has green eyes. He is tall and he
has freckles. He isn’t hard-working and he is
greedy. His family is large and poor but he
wants to be a Quidditch’s star and a prefect.
He is sometimes jealous of Harry but he is
his best friend. Ron has a good heart and he
is brave.
Rubeus Hagrid
He is a half-giant and he has a long curly
black beard and dark hair. He is the first
wizard who meets Harry and he loves
magic and dangerous creatures. Hagrid
was expelled from Hogwarts when a
student died. He has a dog whose name is
Fang.
Albus Perceval Wulfric Brian
Dumbledore
He is the headmaster of Hogwarts and he is
very wise and kind. He has silver hair and
beard. He gives a lot of advice to Harry.
He is the best wizard in the world.
Dumbledore is the creator of the Order of
Phoenix.
Genivra «Ginny»
Weasley
She has red hair and she is a blue-eyed girl.
She is Ron’s sister and she is the only girl
of her family. Ginny is intelligent and
brave. Harry likes her and she secretly
loves him. She will become a important
character in the Chamber of Secrets, the
second book. She is a member of
Dumbledore’s Army and she organises the
rebellion against Severus Snape in the
seventh book.
Sirius Black
He is Harry’s godfather. He was Harry’s
father best friend and he was in a band
with James Potter, Lily Evans, Remus
Lupin and Peter Pettigrow. Sirius hates
Severus Snape and he is one of the
creators of the Marauder’s Map. He is a
member of the Order of Phoenix. He has
curly black hair and he is a black-eyed
man. He was a prisonner of Azkaban but
he escaped and he is an Animagus, a dog.
Minerva McGonagall
She is a Transfiguration teacher and she is
Dumbledore’s deputy. She is the
headmaster of Gryffindor’s House too.
Professor McGonagall is tall and strict. She
is an Animagus, a cat and she is a
member of the Order of Phoenix.
Luna Lovegood
She’s in Ravenclaw’s house. She is Ginny
Weasley’s friend. Luna is eccentric and
weird. Others students find she is crazy.
She can see the Thestrals. She’s a
member of Dumbledore’s Army. She is
nice, she has long straight blond hair and
she is a blue-eyed girl. She is medium and
she always wears a necklace and
earrings.
Neville Longbottom
He is in Gryffindor’s House at Hogwarts and
he is a bit of a nerd. He is very shy,
nervous and clumsy but he is very brave.
Neville is a good friend of Harry. In the
Gobelet of Fire, a hidden tragedy is
revealed: his parents were tortured by
Bellatrix Lestrange and became crazy.
Dobby
He is a house elf: he is a slave to Malefoy’s
House. He protects and warns Harry. He is
very kind and a bit clumsy. Dobby always
punishes himself and says: “Nasty Dobby”.
Remus Lupin
He is a member of the Order of Phoenix and
he was Harry’s Dark Arts teacher in the
Prisonner of Azkaban. Remus was a friend
of James and Lily Potter. He is a werewolf.
Hedwig
She is Harry Potter’s owl. She has beautiful
white feathers. She loves Harry and she
protects him. Hedwig is his only friend at
Privet Drive.

Harry Potter has a lot of friends and there are very kind.
They are ready to die for him. He is very lucky to have
friends like them.
