Auditing Exposures to different procedures adopted while doing the audit work. Accounting for partnerships, the function and primary focus of financial accounting and roles of policy-setting and standard-setting bodies etc. Reinforcement of the basic accounting knowledge and exposures to issues regarding revenue recognition, preparation of cash flow statements, accounting policies etc. The basic concepts of business law and the laws that govern this area. Three main aspects of public sector accounting, namely accounting, budgeting, and auditing. Company taxation in various areas which is inclusive of the advanced tax issues in respect of compliance with the relevant acts and regulations. Corporate Accounting 1 The preparation, analysis and consolidation of group accounts in Malaysia context. Accounting Information Systems 2 Topics related to technologies in accounting information systems, internal controls, and computer fraud and security. Company Law and The basic legal framework within company laws. Secretarial Practice Accounting Theory Critical understanding of the principal and emerging issues and ideas surrounding financial accounting. Advanced Management Accounting Practical Training The application of management accounting to complex business situations. Advanced Taxation Advanced issues on taxation such as taxation for specialized industries, indirect taxation, tax planning etc. Advanced Accounting Information Systems Corporate Accounting 2 System development life cycle.
