Programme Objectives
The programme aims to:
• Allow Microsoft Partners (particularly SMEs) to
engage in IT apprenticeships through collaboration
• Allow all Microsoft partners to actively recruit the
apprentices as full-time employees on day one of the
apprenticeship.
• Fast-track Apprentice productivity to the Partner
• Work with nationally recognised Grade I Training
Providers (Zenos)

Costs
• Apprentice’s wage = £100 per week
• Management fee per intake for the service
provided by Microsoft of £750
– split into 3 payments
• £250 upon commencement
• £250 after 3 months
• £250 upon completion of the Programme (7 months)
• The cost of the training will be funded through
the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS).
