System work on shifts basis. It is came with initial three shift (Day-Night-Last)
◦ Day from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
◦ Night from 5:00 pm to 12:00 pm
◦ Last from 12:00 pm to 8:00 am
Cashier should start the shift to enable the users to work on the daily operation



Authorized users can do sales operation using Sales Invoice form
Users enter sales items by searching the items using various options:

◦ Generic Name
◦ Barcode ( 4 barcode option per drug)
◦ Partial name + size
◦ Drug No

The system calculate the stock and sales operation
Can user system features to increase and decrease quantities
