Overview of Atos SAP Cloud services:
The Atos SAP OnDemand offering not only encompasses the SAP product set as a true SaaS but
also the overarching implementation and support services to make this a fully rounded solution.
With Atos you not only get the power of the SAP products but we also include provide our
experience in delivery SAP processes in a cloud environment using our agile cloud methodology.
Our solutions can be implemented in a quarter of the time and at a fraction of the cost of
traditional approaches, and offers a 60% reduction in TCO. Instead of competing with or
replacing your existing On-Premise solutions, they complement them, allowing you to leverage
your cloud investments.
Importantly, as with all of our solutions, we start with your organisation to make Atos SAP

insight for informed decision making and better management of the business. It’s easy to
acquire, learn, and use so that business people can be productive in minutes.
BI OnDemand is a complete solution for accessing, exploring, combining, visualizing, and sharing
data securely inside or outside the organization. BI OnDemand works with existing investments,
both on-demand, such as the Salesforce CRM application, or on-premise including SA P
applications, SAP® BusinessObjects™ Edge Solutions, SAP® BusinessObjects™ Enterprise or 3rd
party applications

Explore, report, and share your data with SAP BusinessObjects BI OnDemand. It's a
comprehensive business intelligence solution in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model that helps
you get up and running in minutes.

BI OnDemand offers three user editions of the product to address the specific needs of each
customer. The user editions are Personal, Essential, and Advanced.

▶ Advanced User: Front-End user able to build WEBI reports and create Universe based
Datasets
▶ Developer user: Required to develop ETL, Database & Universes in Advanced Back-end.
Price is per developer user
SAP BI OnDemand pricing is £19.80 GBP per essential user per month, £56.70 GBP per advance
user per month and £1,000 per developer including a standard 50GB database.
A one-off fee of £5,000 is required to setup up data transfers from organisations On-Premise
server to advanced database/DW. It is possible to have multiple VPN connections from different
sites.

Support of On-demand services
Support and maintenance of the infrastructure and Netweaver layer is an integral part of the
Atos On-demand services, but the subscription does not cover any support of the application
(data, SAP configuration, custom transactions, etc).
In addition to the On-demand services, Atos can also offer support and maintenance to its
customers using best tools and methodologies to help customers get maximum return on their
ever-growing business critical applications.
By managing service level agreements for our customers, our consultants take a proactive
approach to software support and maintenance by focusing on long-term functionality, stability,
and preventive maintenance to avoid problems that typically arise from incomplete or short-term
solutions. This approach, coupled with our robust service delivery process with a highly

optimized onsite-offshore mix allows our customers to continually reduce recurring maintenance
