Preparation and Organisation:
I’m sure you will have all heard that the key to success is preparation; you couldn’t be more right
when it comes to FUT14. This page should not only be read as an insight as to how the guide will
pan out, but you should also refer to it regularly as it will show you how to setup your trading
course.
Firstly, accounts. I suggest that, if you’re using all 4 methods, you have 5 accounts at the very least:
one for each method then a main one that you transfer all your money to and from as well as the
account you use to play matches. What you must be careful about, however, is that EA charge 5%
on each transaction in the market. This is not too dissimilar from a dealer’s charge, except it is not a
fixed price. There are many guides online as to how you setup accounts on each different platform.
My second area is databases. In order to succeed when it comes to FIFA, you need to utilise
databases. These are your reference to link to every piece of information about every player from
their skill rating to customer’s reviews all in one place. These are especially important when working
with players and packs as they allow you to quickly evaluate whether or not a player is worth
purchasing.
Another aspect you need to accommodate for is buying times. You must remember that buying
players between 16:00 – 20:00 GMT is ludicrous. This is when you want to be selling anything from
players to contracts. You must make sure you buy during the hours in which there are considerably
less people playing the game as this should dramatically increase your financial efficiency.
My final area is more to do with planning. You, ideally, need to set aside around 30 minutes to an
hour a day that you spend solely on trading. This should be kept as disciplined as you can reasonably
keep it so you get into a pattern of almost buy one time sell the other. By all means, trade more
often, but make sure you have at least a 30 minute slot that you keep consistent every day. By
trading, I don’t mean search the market, have a game then have another little look around. I mean
use the web app and try to seriously make some money, spend the rest of your time playing
matches and showing off your team once you’ve earned it!

Why I Started This…
I have been playing FUT since 2010 and have spent countless hours trying to come up with a
technique that will return big profits time and time again; I found it earlier this year.
Midway through FIFA 13, I spent hours looking around various internet forums and sites and
eventually found an answer. This, alongside my previous experience in the stock market
and economics, means that I have developed what I believe to be a big profiting and
virtually fool proof scheme. This isn’t some ‘method’ that an internet junkie has come up
with to show amateurs how to make a 10% return, this is aimed at making serious returns
on your money.
We boast multiple strategies that, when combined together, provide the almost perfect
scheme on bringing you home massive profits. What you do with this is up to you but the
opportunities are endless: You can build your ‘dream team’; Sell your coins online or even
just show off to your friends and colleagues. It involves strategies used time and time again
on the Stock Market by professionals who have been in the sector for over 20 years
alongside my experience of how the FUT market develops, inflates and crashes year upon
year.
The beauty of FUT is that year upon year it is similar, yet not exact. It’s common knowledge
that, among avid FIFA players, the value of money increases throughout the year, a term
otherwise known in the financial sector as ‘deflation’. This means that whilst Dembele may
put you around 5,000 coins out of pocket at the start of the game, the price is likely to be
down to 1,000 or even less by May. This year’s new twist is likely to be the dramatically
enhanced Chemistry Styles.

The Scheme Itself
This scheme is a well-known investment plan amongst investors but I plan to bring it to you,
the valued customers of FIFA 14. There are two sides to this, the side included in the guide
and another, richly enhanced by the use of an additional email service for a small additional
fee. In order to fully exploit the guide, the use of the email service would be very helpful
and is almost imperative if you really want to become a successful trader. I would like to
note that there is no possible way I could give you the information you needed in this guide
as it changes week on week. I will tell you, however, both why this method works and how
to execute it – that just leaves the weekly changing price range.
So the other side of the equation solely involves exploiting certain areas of the market from
players to consumables. It is common knowledge – and obvious if you know anything about
FIFA – that players are the most important part to the game; this doesn’t make them the
only part of the game. This is an almost replication of the stock market: shares act as
players whilst consumables are commodities (silver or gold, for example). My experience of
the market is that you need a vast supply of all to keep up with the pace of the game.
What this guide doesn’t recommend is just buying the different areas. The methods in the
following pages will explain exactly how to trade and turn in a profit. Before you start, you
need to set aside a certain amount for trading. Below is a full on interpretation of how you
should spread your money. I’ll later explain how to invest in each area, why it works and
how to put it into the real game.

Players:
Firstly, the players are split up into 4 categories: BPL players, Liga BBVA players, Serie A
players and Bundesliga players. The below diagram explains how they should be spread.

From here, you need to know how to trade. The method is virtually identical for each
market; you just need to know in what proportions. This is the one part of the guide for
which the email add-on is near essential I strongly suggest you invest in the emails as for a
one off fee of £5, you get a weekly email throughout FIFA 14. Don’t forget that you can sell
your coins at around £15 per 100k and using this method you should be making millions.
That’s at least a 700% return – impressive if I may say so myself! Anyway, it will be after
reading this that you truly decide whether to add the email option for yourself.
Back to the guide, we will profit off exploiting a huge market inefficiency regarding the
purchase of everyday, mainstream buyers. Every aspect of FIFA is buy low sell high, that’s
what makes a profit. This, however, utilises some useful trading tools to find that medium
that turns over profit time and time again. The method involves – using the ranges supplied
by email – to bid on players in the specified league. The list will be generated each week
and take into account players recent performance, added chemistry bonuses and other
factors that may be relevant.
The method acts as the ‘middle man’ between those who want to get players quickly and
thus ‘buy it now’ and those that are willing to risk the potential loss incurred from a low bid
in the hope of receiving a big sum from someone going over the top. If you are still stuck on
how much you must spend in each league, see the example on page 10.

Contracts:
This is a safer addition to your FIFA funds and should also turn around a nice profit –
especially at the start of the game. At the start of the game, the price of contracts is
severely undervalued as absolutely no-one needs contracts, no-one can play matches! This
means that as soon as the game comes out, prices of contracts double or even triple as soon
as the game comes out. Whilst this is a method that is very effective at the start of the
game, it continues throughout the game, virtually day upon day.
Firstly, at present – before the game comes out – I suggest buying as many contracts as you
can for 200 BIN and even 150 bidding if possible. From here you hold your contracts in your
consumables until the game comes out. Wait until the price rises to what you believe could
be its peak – I’m betting for Saturday night.

From then onwards, you want to think about the time in which contracts will be at their
lowest. This is when the supply overrides the demand. I think the best time to do this is
during happy hour. Buy as many contracts as you can during happy hour and sell them,
again, the following Saturday night – where there is more demand than supply as people
waste contracts playing matches. The basics behind this are that during happy hour, many
people buy packs; when this happens, they offload the contracts for a minimum and quick
sale. A simple mistake that many make is to still use this method when the happy hour is all
players. Do not do this as, for obvious reasons: no-one will be offloading contracts.
The most lucrative time to do this is when team of the year is released. The contracts are
the easiest way to stay ahead of the market and avoid the immense crash that always
happens during that time of the year. Contracts should in no way be affected by the
player’s market meaning whilst everyone else loses potentially 100s of thousands during the
crash, you can leave unscathed. If you follow other parts of the method, you’ll actually find
yourself turning around a big profit.
There are two main rules to stay safe, follow them and it can’t go wrong:
 Only ever buy at 150 or 200
 Never sell at 200. 250 at the least.

Chemistry:
We’re yet to see how this new chemistry style will affect the game. What we are sure of,
however, is that we will be one of the first to capitalise on it. What can already be
established is that there are going to be some trademark chemistry styles that are going to
be more effective – and expensive – than others. These are likely to be those such as the
‘finisher’ which adds a variety of shooting and speed attributes to your player and
‘huntsman’ that does much the same.
How to make a profit on this? There are many ways. Firstly, what you must look out for is
any player with chemistry listed at the same, or very similar, price to the basic version of the
card. At least for the time being, this ensures that you won’t make a big loss yet you still
stand the good chance of picking up a big profit. Seen as we’re not completely sure of the
total repercussions of the chemistry yet, you should stay in touch and I’ll update you as soon
as I, myself, get a better grasp of the concept.
As for the time being, continue to just search for players with different chemistry at similar
prices. If you’re feeling adventurous, you could employ the same tactic as per the tactics,
minus the part before the game comes out. For example, buy the chemistry cards of
whatever appears popular during happy hours and sell them during peak times for a large
profit.

Packs:
The final part to the plan is packs. You may have thought of packs in the past as a complete gamble.
What you’re about to read changes that. One of my favourite tactics is to exploit the use of bronze
packs. You may be aware of the fact that even bronze contracts sell on market if put up for 150/200.
This makes it worthwhile to buy bronze packs for 400 and sell on the cards worth something. There
are many consumables and players worth selling:
 Those in the English Leagues
 Players with 80+ pace
 Contracts
 Fitness Cards
 Significant Bronze Players
The last option will come as time goes on but there are some ways to enhance and aid your
skills. As you may know, there are a couple of database sites that list the price, name,
attributes and practically all the features about all UT cards. I strongly suggest that you use
one of these if you find a rare player that appears valuable. The two sites that I prefer are
‘ultimatedb.nl’ and ‘futhead.com’.

Real Situation Examples…
We realise that no matter how simple we make the guide, our perception and way of understanding
will differentiate from yours. Hence the reason we have put together this real life example of the
investment plan. We will take 3 different traders, each with a different amount of money and
circumstances and then show you what they should do in that particular situation. You can then put
yourself into this situation and use it stimulate your own trading. It is important to note that we
recommend you have a separate account for each trading method. If unsure on how to create
multiple accounts, visit the information provided earlier in the guide.
Example 1:
John has 100,000 coins. He has decided that he wants to invest 80,000 into money making and keep
the other 20,000 to enhance his team. He also decides to follow the guide fully. Firstly, he needs to
split his money:
50% needs to go to players (40,000)
20% needs to go to Chemistry Cards (16,000)
20% needs to go to Contracts (16,000)
And
10% needs to go to packs (8,000)
Once this has been completed, John can start trading right away. He knows that he has 40,000 coins
to spend on players so splits this using the Pie Chart on the relevant page.
Example 2:
Example 2 follows much the same pattern in that Chris also has 100,000. The difference is that he
has decided that Chemistry Cards aren’t worth the hassle. He has also come to the conclusion that
he feels the packs are too risky. This means he has 75,000 – he wants to keep 25,000 for his team –
to spend between players and Contracts. As 50% is about double 20%, he decides t have twice as
much money in players as in contracts. This is how he is left:
66.666’% needs to go to players (50,000)
And
33.333’% needs to go to Contracts (25,000)
Chris has done this and begins to trade. He, like John, uses the player pie chart to work out his
proportions for each market.

Rebalancing
The part that some will argue stands out with this method is the rebalancing factor. For
those of you that are not stock market savvy, the act of rebalancing s usually used in
diversified portfolios; we’re replicating this in FIFA 14. If you have followed our earlier
information, you should have at least 4 separate accounts set up, one for each major
method. On each you should have a certain proportion of your money.
Rebalancing effectively involves counting up how much money you have over a certain –
regular – amount of time and then spreading the money back across the different categories
evenly. So boosting the areas that aren’t doing well with the money generate from those
that are. The advantage of this is that you are prepared for every market situation and, in
FIFA, it has a little more to it. Because in FIFA you can also accumulate coins from playing
matches, by the time you’re ready to rebalance, you should have an extra pot of money
coming in. This means that you get a chance to collect your thoughts and decided whether
you want to finally build your dream team or whether you want to keep on trading and
build your stash even higher.
The most important thing about rebalancing is discipline. If you don’t keep control of
yourself, you could find that you give into temptation and decide to up your contracts, for
example, to 40% and then make nowhere near the profits you should be when the market
crashes and you don’t have enough money in with players to take full use of it. I would
suggest that you rebalance your methods around once a fortnight. FIFA is a rapidly
changing game and players can see their prices fly left, right and centre just overnight.
Despite what was said in the previous paragraph, you do need an opportunity to fully
reconsider the proportions per market. I would suggest doing this around once every
month at most. It is imperative, however, that you decide what you’re going to do and stick
to that trend, again keeping discipline. When you reach the point of tampering with
proportions, you need to play it safe. You never want to make drastic changes as nobody
can predict what’s right around the corner; it’s impossible. The key is to just make very
small, considered changes so you know exactly what you’re doing and also that it can’t have
too much of a negative effect on your returns.
