I have over 19 years of experience in safety. Over ten include experience in construction, ranging from large industrial projects
with heavy civil construction to retail stores. Six of those years include work on the Hanford Site, working on sites with
radiological contamination and hazardous waste remediation. I have conducted job site inspections, developed policies, worked
with several monitoring instruments, handled chemical spills, and developed & facilitated training. While in construction, I have
worked with various levels of management to provide safety solutions that work with quality and production to ensure success of
the project. Throughout my career I have promoted a safety culture and ISMS. I have interpreted OSHA, state OSHA plans and
10 CFR 851 for contractors and assisted in writing safety programs.

Site Safety Manager
Provided site safety for the field remediation of 100F and 100K areas.
Developed and facilitated weekly site safety
presentations. Conducted daily safety inspections to ensure workers are in compliance with OSHA and customer safety
requirements; recommended solutions for workers not in compliance. Conducted site safety orientations for new employees.

Provided site safety oversight for CHPRC at the 200 West Pump & Treat project. Safety Lead for the Lime Stabilization portion
of the project. Worked with various levels of management, both contractor and self perform, to provide safety solutions that
work with quality and production.
Interpreted OSHA and customer safety requirements (10 CFR 851) to assist in
implementation on site. Collaborated with Technical Authorities and Subject Matter Experts to develop solutions for unique site
safety opportunities. Worked with a 4-gas meter and sound level meter for confined space and noise monitoring. Conducted
daily safety inspections to ensure contractors are in compliance with OSHA and customer safety requirements; recommended
solutions for workers not in compliance and inform contractor of actions. Worked with Buyer Technical Representative (BTR)
on notices of non-compliance. Conducted site safety orientations for CHPRC employees.
Provided input on accident investigations. Implemented event report process for the project site. Promoted ISMS and a safety

and management in Walmart and assisted in resolving associate’s concerns. Resolved OSHA and Fire Marshal compliance
tickets for stores. Developed safety strategies and programs for region and Walmart, resulting in 20% reduction in accidents for
participating stores in two years. Developed and delivered various safety training with management and hourly associates. Codeveloped and produced corporate safety broadcasts.

Store Planning/Facilities Maintenance Safety Manager, 2003-2004
Developed safety PowerPoint and presented at year end meetings, included hourly workers to senior vice presidents. Worked
with Claims Management Incorporated on accident claims and trends. Collaborated with buyers on potential suppliers; assisted
in writing and editing training for stores and Sam’s Clubs; aided in presenting at Proto-Review and reviewed new store fixtures.
Tracked facility maintenance and construction safety issues, and communicated results to management. Developed and

distribution center construction projects. Wrote eight-hour safety course and conducted training to Walmart distribution center
construction managers. Created and conducted site specific training for safety coordinators. Prepared over 50 site safety
