This program offers homework help, academic
enrichment, recreation, physical fitness with good
nutrition, life skills and community service
projects all within a Christian environment.
Programs available
Our program is available for students beginning
August 25th, 2015 and running through June 7th,
2016. Adjustments will be made due to weather
days if applicable.
 3:15 – 5:30pm Monday thru Friday
Cost $45.00 per week
 4:00 – 5:30pm Monday thru Friday
Cost $30.00 per week
After School Program
After school care in a Christian atmosphere! Our
policies have been extensively researched using
contemporary Christian-based resources. The
preschool committee, pastor, teachers and staff are
dedicated to providing the children enrolled at Mt.
Olive After School Program with the best possible
learning environment.
This program is based on a 38 week schedule, due to
holidays/off days within the district. Therefore tuition
fees cannot be prorated based on use or refunded.
Drop-off and pick-up are the total responsibility of the
parent/guardians. Parents or guardians picking-up
children after 5:30pm will be charged a late fee of
$5.00 for every 15 minute period late, due
immediately.
Procedures
All families enrolling in our After School Program
must pre-register. To guarantee placement,
completed registration forms along with processing
fee of $25.00 must be returned to the school prior
to the first day of classes. All registrations are
received on a first come, first serve basis.
Staffing and supplies are based on the number of
pre-registered children. Only children preregistered may be checked-in and remain under
our care. The first month’s payment must be paid
prior to our After School Program beginning.
Eligibility
The child must be four years of age and currently
enrolled in our Preschool Program through 6th grade.
The child must be bused to Mt. Olive via the child’s
school district. All forms and processing fees must be
completed and returned to guarantee child’s
placement.
Program size is limited to 25 students.
