DRE Case Law and Legal Issues Cases in IL that indirectly support admissibility of DRE testimony: • People v. Jacquith, 472 N.E.2d 107 (Ill. App. Ct. 1st Dist. 1984) • People v. DRE’s have the most rigorous training in law enforcement. Why would there be an issue of the admissibility of DRE testimony?
