Intent to Co-Develop Online Courses With the McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship Purpose: To establish a structure for co-development of online entrepreneurship courses, including revenue sharing. Course Details: Three courses are available for regional co-development, including revenue sharing. These courses are offered through the University of Arizona’s College of Outreach as non-credit professional development courses. Each course costs the student $1,495. Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Bringing Goods and Services to Market from Sources of Innovation is designed specifically for those who have an innovation that they want to bring to market – or for those who want to be prepared to successfully apply entrepreneurial principles. This course is geared towards those seeking to start a scalable venture from a discovery, invention, or other innovative source. Entrepreneurship for Owner-Operated, Lifestyle Businesses: Bringing Goods and Services to Market Through Defined Markets is organized as an introduction to entrepreneurial principles for those seeking to develop an owner-operated, lifestyle business in the traditional small-business mode (as opposed to starting a scalable venture from a discovery, invention, or other innovative source). Existing Firm Growth and Expansion: Using Entrepreneurship Principles to Grow Your Venture is organized for those interested in applying entrepreneurial skills and principles to grow an established business. McGuire will: Schedule meetings for content development Develop online course Deliver online course XYZ PROVIDER will: Participate in content development meetings Notify McGuire of all XYZ PROVIDER students referred to the course Revenue Sharing Agreement: At the end of each course delivery, McGuire will allocate $100 for each XYZ PROVIDER student that is enrolled in the course and has paid the course fee. This allocation will be processed within 30 days of completion of the course and reconciliation of the enrollment and revenues.
