The Outside of a Book
Sometimes the outside of a book
is covered with a Book Jacket.
This is the paper or plastic
coated covering that is found on
the outside of the book. The
outside of the book will also have
the title, author, and usually
a colorful picture.
Inside the Front of a Book
•The Title Page is at
the beginning of a
book, usually on the
second or third
right-hand page.
•The Title Page tells
the same information
as the front cover
PLUS….
it tells who the
publisher is and
where the
publishing company
is located.
