GLOSSARY OF MARKETING LANGUAGE
GUIDELINES
1. Your glossary must be kept in a specific notebook (if handwritten) or a
duotang (if typewritten).
2. Create a title page for your glossary. It must include your full name, the name and code of
the course, your teacher’s name, and the title, GLOSSARY OF MARKETING LANGUAGE, in
capital letters.
3. Mrs. Omarali will give you a list of marketing terms relevant to each chapter. These terms
must be placed in your glossary along with the appropriate definitions.
4. For each chapter entry, please follow these instructions:









Record the date
Identify and underline the chapter number and name
Number each marketing term
Highlight and Underline each marketing term
Record the complete definition using your textbook
Leave one blank line between each marketing term
Please write neatly and legibly in ink. Do not use pencil
Include all marketing terms for the chapter
Proofread carefully for spelling, omissions, and format errors.
VALUE: Each submission is worth 10 marks. Marks will be deducted for spelling errors, omissions,
format errors etc. You will be notified in advance of due dates.
