Georgia ONmyLINE students have a unique resource hub located
inside GoView https://go.view.usg.edu where you will access your
GOML specific classes. This hub is an additional resource to help
guide GOML students through their program of study as well as
through the administrative processes for registering, generating an
academic evaluation, and applying for graduation. Students are
encouraged to use this hub to address questions they may have.

LiveText
All M.Ed. & M.A.T. Georgia ONmyLINE students are required to
purchase a LiveText keycode to build and maintain a professional
portfolio throughout their program of study. LiveText is a web-based
program the College of Education utilizes for students to upload
artifacts and narratives that support the Georgia Standards as they
relate to their degree program. Students can now purchase their
LiveText keycode by clicking on the UStore. Please do not wait until
your last semester to purchase your LiveText keycode. It is in your
best interest to be working on the exit portfolio throughout your
program.
Technical Support with GoView
For technical support for GoView, please contact the Desire2Learn
Help Center (DHC) at 1-866-588-5293. Students are advised to use
the Desire2Learn Help Center located inside the information box on
the login page for GoView for password resets. For appropriate
support, please let the DHC representative the website address that
you are accessing (https://go.view.usg.edu).
For all other technical questions, please feel free to contact Ms. Uzma
Bhatti ubhatti@gsu.edu for assistance.
Browser Check
http://www.usg.edu/usgweb/browserchecker/
Periodically, students should run a browser check to ensure that their
system is running under the appropriate settings. If you use multiple
computers, be sure to run this check on each computer you intend to utilize
for class. As a rule of thumb, if your computer has installed new updates,
running this browser check is an easy test to ensure that you won’t
encounter problems at a later time.
