Area Director: The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center (SBDC)
is seeking a highly motivated individual for a management-level, public service faculty
position dedicated to helping Georgia businesses grow and prosper. Exceptional
interpersonal skills and a solid business education are required to consult with and train
small business owners and entrepreneurs. Responsibilities also include managing the
Augusta SBDC territory, inclusive of other office personnel. Minimum qualifications
include: Master’s degree in business related field; 5+ years of experience developing or
managing a business; strong community involvement; previous banking or finance
experience a plus. The salary range is based on experience up to $73,500 plus a
