The pavilion is secured overnight. • Exhibits MUST be collected from 4pm till 5:30pm on Saturday 8th. Or Monday 10th March between 9am and 12 noon. This is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Competition Rules • All exhibits must be the work of the exhibitor. This is an amateur competition. Any exhibit that has been exhibited in a previous Upper Clutha Show is not eligible to compete. Entries will not be accepted from commercial exhibitors. • The Judge’s decision is final. • The decision of the Committee shall be absolutely final on any subject on Show Day • No prize money will be given unless the prize card is presented fully intact. • Home Industry Prize Money can be collected from the Home Industry desk in the Pavilion from 4 - 5.30pm on Saturday 8th March 2014 and no later than noon on Monday 10th March 2014.
