Selected Accomplishments:

DRIVES E-COMMERCE PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT: IntelliCentrics has a hospitalmandated, captive user base in the Healthcare industry. In spite of users being
mandated to use the IntelliCentrics product, the management had assumed a 20%
abandonment rate. Working in a cross-functional team environment, I mapped out the
checkout experience to identify the usability issues in that were causing a 50%
abandonment rate and significant revenue loss. Through analysis, customer journey
mapping and high fidelity wireframes/mockups, I established solutions that would allow
them to capture $5.5 Million of additional revenue for this $30 million company.
