This role is to manage MBNL’s At Risk sites and the end to end delivery of alternative site solutions and/or replacement site coverage within timescales to minimise the impact and ensure no loss in coverage. Director: Key Responsibilities &Accountabilities: (In priority order) 1.1 Manage and coordinate MBNL’s internal teams, Managed Service Providers and/or 3rd Party Suppliers to identify solutions to secure continued occupation and/or extended or replacement site coverage for sites identified as “At Risk”(including sites under Landlord Notice to Quit and equipment moves). Ensure costs are minimised including site design costs in accordance with best network at least cost principles. Responsible for project managing the end to end delivery by MBNL’s Suppliers of alternative site designs, replacement site coverage &major equipment moves. Chair and manage At Risk site regular reviews with Suppliers, internal teams and Shareholders as appropriate to ensure MBNL’s strategy and procedures are being implemented, reported on and adhered to. Manage 3rd party SLA performance and instigate any recovery plans. Responsible for ensuring capex design costs are minimised. Responsible for ensuring Opex costs are controlled/minimised. Responsible to ensuring that the costs/instructions for Technical Support services provided by MBNL Suppliers are minimised. Work with the MBNL Surveyors and external Suppliers to categorise site risks and report on all sites with a high risk of not achieving replacement site coverage within timescales Maintain a database of “At Risk” sites, ensuring their risk level is appropriately recorded by considering all likely eventualities. Seek opportunities for continuous improvements and update MBNL’s processes, strategies and reporting as appropriate, having first engaged with all relevant parties, in order to support MBNL’s internal teams and Suppliers and Shareholders.
