Note and Requirements:1. The above are compulsory items. Sizes and types of all the above items above are subject to
change and tenderer are invited to propose any other items that are suitable for supply and
design of recruitment branding / corporate gifts and souvenirs. Tenderer may suggest
other relevant items which are related to the above.
2. The price quotes for all items above must include the design for each item.
3. Tenderer is required to submit catalogues of company’s product together with price list.
4. This quotation shall remain open for acceptance for a period of 30 days from the date of
closing of this tender.
5. Prices quoted shall include the cost of delivery to Head Office, Kuala Lumpur.
6. Warranty Period :* ______ year (s) from the date of handling over.
7. Successful bidders shall agree to replace, free of charge all defective items delivered under
this contract. Successful bidders shall pay all transportation charges covering return and
replacement of these items.
