Our Market
The VoIP consumer market is booming BUT is mainly filled with
Telephone, Cable Companies (and their soft-switches), Skype
and Vonage. Smaller players exist but there are many firms
that will not be able to keep working in this side of the business
due to the intense marketing campaigns at work.
The industry standard for VoIP is still a mix of SIP and H.323
technologies with a strong push towards SIP. H.323 will not
disappear as the standard for Video Teleconferencing includes
the H.323 standard.
PentaGRF is the ONLY firm to provide a customer based webbilling solution for sale in a package with their OWN VoIP
devices.
The “Green Solution” requirement has not yet reached the VoIP
landscape. When it does, PentaGRF devices will be at the HEAD
of the PACK (roughly 2.0 watts to run).

there is a very detailed call record available to prove usage
server-assisted security of calls is possible
Security
PentaGRF Proprietary Call Security is available on

a key owner from deciphering the call. There is a server key
as well
Users input their key encryption using a special telephone
code
How are calls made?

DLINK – Connection
DLINK has indicated that they are in the business
of selling boxes
They have a router which sells for a nominal
price of $80 that PentaGRF is using as the
basis for the PentaAVR-3000 platform
PentaGRF has rights to deploy firmware on this
platform since the rights to the software are purchased
from UBICOM, the maker of the processor used
by DLINK.
PentaVR-3000 Versatility
Why a PentaGRF solution in a DLINK product?
PentaGRF has developed a variety of products
in ONE device
• a standard router (full service)
with all VoIP options
• a wireless ethernet bridge
• a transparent firewall
• an ethernet monitor (wireless)
Standard web upgrading can switch the firmware
into any of the above products
PentaVR-3000 Ethernet Bridge
What is the purpose of the Ethernet Bridge?
If you require a 10/100 BaseT connection
in a remote location (in a business or house)
where it is difficult to run CAT5/6 cable,
the bridge allows a WIRELESS connection
to standard wireless routers to provide connections.
Features
• 4 RJ-45 ports available in bridge for remote use.
• Web configuration facility to device
• Standard web upgrading
PentaVR-3000 Transparent Firewall
What is the purpose of a transparent firewall?
Traditional firewalls provide coverage based on their network
position and routing. They are subject to attacks based on the
premise that they are normal networked computers.
The transparent firewall is TRANSPARENT to attackers.
It is fundamentally a layer-2 ethernet bridge without IP address or
even a visible MAC address. Attackers CANNNOT SEE the
machine!
PentaVR-3000 Transparent Firewall
Features of the Penta VR-3000 Transparent Firewall?
• Customizable firewall via “invisible” web server access from
INSIDE the firewall only.
• Full featured standard firewall
stateful packet inspection
full featured packet filtering
data/event logging – local and remote storage
alarm condition detection and reporting
PentaVR-3000 Ethernet Monitor
Why create another device to monitor ethernet activity
Most ethernet monitors are SOFTWARE added to routers and servers
to view traffic.
What if you wanted to MONITOR without being seen?
What if you wanted to CONTROL a connection?
The PentaGRF VR-3000 Ethernet Monitor easily connects between ANY
two ethernet devices. The user/group that is monitored has NO method
of determining they are being watched.
VoxIP Server Family
Designed for scalability and flexibility
Servers may be combined into SINGLE PC solution or split into
separate machines for loading
Signaling servers may operate in a cluster controlled by a
Connection server
Uses a PentaGRF proprietary H.323 assist to place calls to VoxIP
devices
