In 1970 Howard returned from pastoring a church in England and began a 30-year ministry in fulltime evangelism. He used the medium of art to share the Gospel using chalk, special lighting and
stereo sound. Howard is available for weekend revivals or for full Sunday through Sunday
Evangelistic Crusades.

Dr. Davis became a Christian while serving in the U. S. Air Force. He has pastored Southern
Baptist churches for over 15 years and has been a full-time Evangelist since 1974. His
primary ministry is church revivals and evangelistic crusades. Dr. Davis leads Financial
Freedom Conferences, as well as Bible, Family Life and Soul Winning Conferences. He has
also served as a member of the Executive Committee for the Southern Baptist Conservatives
of Virginia.

Steve was born in 1968 and was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. Doctors told his parents that he
would never walk, graduate from high school, or become a functional member of society.
Thankfully, God had better plans for his life. Steve is founder and president of Steve Freeman
Ministries. He is also serving as Staff Evangelist at Colonial Heights Baptist Church and has been in
full-time evangelism since 1993. As a preacher, a singer and songwriter, he feels that God has
uniquely equipped him to evangelize the lost and equip the saved.

Since 2002, Dr. Wayne Hines has been a full-time evangelist with Grace Evangelistic Ministries
(GEM). He is a member of The Conference of Southern Baptist Evangelists. Dr. Hines pastored
the same growing church for nine years. Prior to entering the ministry, he served 14 years in law
enforcement — the last five as a Forensic Detective with the Richmond Bureau of Police. He has
preached the Gospel in Ukraine, Philippines, India, Guatemala, Brazil, and the United States. Dr.
Hines is a member of Staples Mill Road Baptist Church in Glen Allen, VA.

Dr. Norm Pratt has a powerful testimony of how he came to the saving power of the gospel
of Jesus Christ and the Lord has used this testimony to open the eyes and ears of many.
He was saved as a result of serving in harm’s way with the US Army in Vietnam. He retired
from the Air Force as a Chaplain Lt. Col. with twenty years of total service to his country.
He earned his Doctorate of Ministry at Trinity Seminary in Deerfield, Illinois. He was a
member of the first graduating class at LU and holds a Master of Arts degree in
Counseling and a Master of Divinity from Liberty as well. He has also served as a
Professor at Liberty. His service as the Executive Vice President of the Liberty Godparent
Foundation led him to develop and conduct positive alternative educational and
challenging Revival of Prayer Sundays for churches nationally. During this time he also
assisted scores of churches in developing positive alternative pregnancy counseling
ministries. He is a member of the Conference of Southern Baptist Evangelists. His
preaching specialties include Sunday services for Sanctity of Human Life, Prayer
Emphasis, and Military Emphasis (in uniform). He is also available for Pulpit Supply,
Weekend or traditional revivals, and conferences.

Dr. Rick Via is a native of Roanoke, Virginia. He is the former pastor of Rainbow Forest Baptist
Church in Troutville, Virginia, where he served for 13 years prior to going into full-time
evangelism. Since 1995, Rick has directed Rick Via Ministries, a ministry of evangelism that has
reached around the world. He has preached the Gospel of Christ in some difficult areas including
Vietnam, Cuba and Cambodia. In addition to his international ministry, Rick preaches in churches
locally and around the country. He holds a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Seminary
and an honorary Doctorate of Theology from Mid-Atlantic Bible College.
